Sorella Beauty Studio is a Bensalem, PA based, multi service esthetic salon specializing in Korean skincare treatments, eyebrow and eyelash services, spray tanning, and makeup by licensed professionals who love what they do! We are dedicated to making every customer look and feel their absolute best! Confident women are beautiful!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Here at Sorella we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes, however we do want to respect the time of our estheticians and do require 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule. In the event that we do not receive 24 hours notice the card on file will incur a charge of 50% of the service booked. We do understand that emergencies occur and we will do our best to work with clients on a case by case basis. Because we are an appointment based salon, we want to make sure that we are allotting the appropriate time for all of our customers. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may ask that you reschedule. In the event that we do not hear from you after 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time, your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service booked as a “No Show”. Sorella Beauty Studio does not give refunds. If you have an issue with a service provided, please contact the studio right away so that we can schedule a time to rectify the issue. We appreciate all of our customers and are so grateful you chose us 🥰
